Per-seat pricing breaks the record
A surgery centre has a materials manager, a charge nurse and a rotating set of circulators who all need to record what was opened. Charge per user and the centre buys three logins and shares them on the OR workstation — which destroys the audit trail the software exists to keep. So every user is included.
Tiers hide the thing you need
Recall traceability is the feature nobody thinks about until the morning they need it, and it is exactly the feature that ends up in the expensive tier. It is in the only tier we have.
Pricing questions
- What happens after the 30-day trial?
- We take a card when you sign up but do not charge it during the trial. Three days before it ends we email you a reminder. On the day the trial ends, the first payment is taken. Cancel any time before then and nothing is charged at all.
- Why do you need a card up front if the trial is free?
- So that the day the trial ends, nothing breaks. The alternative is chasing a purchase order while your staff are already relying on the system to run cases. You can remove the card and cancel from the billing screen in two clicks.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No. Migrating your existing data is included — see switching. If your old system is something unusual and the import needs bespoke work, we will tell you before you sign up, not after.
- We have three sites. What does that cost?
- Three subscriptions, because each site gets its own database and its own numbering. One login can move between them. Talk to us about group pricing.
- Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
- Yes, on annual billing. Stripe issues a proper invoice your finance office can process, and we can add a PO number to it. Ask us.
- What if we cancel?
- The workspace becomes read-only at the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing is deleted — you keep access to every case record, lot number and report, and can print any of it. Ask and we will send a full export at no charge.
- Do you charge for support?
- No. Email support is included, and you are emailing the people who build it.
